Immediate Air Cargo, for years, has taken pride in the top notch service we provide and we wont stop going the extra mile. We are all in this together. We want to thank you for working with us as we have implemented several changes to reduce the potential risk of COVID-19 exposure to our employees and customers. We have been closely monitoring customer survey feedback on how we are doing, including how our customers perceive the changes we have made in response to COVID-19. The responses have been overwhelmingly positive. Implementing face masks for all employees, and limiting person to person contact continue to be an important part of our plan to reduce risk to employees and customers.

We have aligned resources and technology to accomodate all customer requests in a timely manner. We have a fully functional website for tracking purposes or to chat with an agent immediately and 24/7 Answering service for non business hours requests.

Health Etiquette Recommendations:

Social Distancing.
Keep at least 1.5m, if possible 2m (6ft) away from each other.
Avoid physical contact (i.e., handshaking, hugging).

Stay at home when you are sick, and when recommended by authorities.
Clean and disinfect surfaces and objects people frequently touch.
